Pickup requests
Submitting the online form creates a pickup request, not a final purchase contract. The team confirms service availability, scope and timing after reviewing the submitted details.
Inspection and price
Any remote estimate is indicative. Final value depends on the actual model, material, ownership, condition, weight, quantity, removal access and inspection at the pickup location.
Accepted items
Only listed categories are considered. Urban Scrap Buyer may decline unsafe, restricted, misdescribed, inaccessible or uneconomical material after review.
Customer responsibility
The customer must have the right to sell the items, disclose relevant access or safety issues and remove personal data from storage devices before handover.
