When you request a pickup, we collect the contact, item, photo, location and scheduling details you choose to submit.
How we use it
We use the information to review your items, contact you, plan the pickup, complete the transaction and maintain a service record.
Photos and location
Photos are used for item assessment and pickup planning. Device location is collected only after you choose the location button and allow browser permission.
Sharing and retention
Booking details are shared only with the staff or service partners required to review and complete the pickup, or where law requires disclosure. Records are retained only for operational, accounting and legal needs.
